Dozens of employers and organisations will gather at Darlington College this month for Darlington’s first Apprenticeships and Training Fair.
The free event at Darlington College is being held between 10am-3pm on Friday 24 September. It has been organised by Darlington MP, Peter Gibson.
It is hoped that the event will help highlight new training and employment opportunities that are available for all age groups across Darlington. A range of rganisations will offer advice and support on a range of work, training and volunteering opportunities.
Some of the employers taking part will include Amazon, Darlington Borough Council, Beanies Flavour Coffee, BL Training, DWP, EE, Helping Hands, Learning Curve Group, Morrison Trust, Optimum Skills, Redde Northgate Plc, Raby Estates and the Royal Air Force
A range of temporary and permanent vacancies will be available to apply for on the day.

I have a team already in place working closely with the Job Centre Plus, local businesses, and national companies to promote the wide range of opportunities we have here in Darlington”
