The NHS is now getting record investment. I’ll continue to campaign to get a fair share for our beloved Memorial Hospital, as well as better access to GPs and dentistry. This will also mean we improve emergency care and can get an appointment when we need it most.
We need new homes in the right places, with access to schools, roads and health services. That means working with residents on the plans for our Garden Villages. We must also utilise all available brownfield land.
I will continue to make the case for extra resources in Darlington. Together with the community, we’ll give the police the support they need to catch criminals.
Darlington Conservatives will be having a litter pick. Starting off in Mowden we will be working until 12, we will then be heading to Faverdale to continue after lunch.
